The Right to Pay Tolls

If you've ever lived or driven in the northeast part of the country you are familiar with tolls. You are also aware of the E-Z Pass system, which is designed to simplify the toll process.

Well, now it seems those northeast states are charging a tax for the "right to pay tolls." This makes me laugh because I can only wonder why the government wants to make things that are simple a lot harder. Will a $1 a month cause that much of a difference? No, but if the "tax" goes up, then the lines at tolls will get longer and a new method to pay tolls will have to be found.
