An Emotional Day

There is nothing worse, IMO, than getting a call at work telling you that a loved one is in the hospital. OK, there is one thing worse, and that is finding out that the loved one has been in a hospital for a day before you know.

That's what happened to me today.

I was hurt, crushed, emotional and angry at my mother today. You see, when something bad happens in my family, my mother shuts off and only thinks of herself. Well, that doesn't go over well with me and now I'm forced to 1) confront it and 2) forgive. That's the part that I'm having a problem with.

Help please!
