Lobos going to San Fran

Yes, Jason, you read correctly.

The Lobos will be playing Navy in the Emerald Bowl in San Francisco on December 30th.

Personally, I like the matchup. I think this gives us the best chance to win a bowl game in my lifetime.

Navy runs the ball 99% of the time. UNM stops the run and the option so well its like they know what play is coming. We should be bigger and stronger than Navy. We should be able to run the ball at will and only throw when necessary.

I look forward to a very entertaining game. Too bad I can't afford to see it in person.
